Comprehensive review and study of the project’s elements, activities, components, logistics, partners, financials and all stakeholders requirements, where the deliverable will be a detailed Breakdown of the project which is properly allocated with the suitable resources, suppliers and sub-contractors in connection with all the required engineering inputs and QA/QC measures to assure the quality and consistency of all the products. The major Risk factors/activities, long lead items, generic method statement, critical path activities and cash flow curve are all taken into consideration during this stage. The proper conduction of this stage leads to a proper Master Work Schedule, which is communicated with the client for further assurance and solid partnership.
